What to include for a useful first review

A strong inquiry includes project country, target AC power, target energy capacity, expected operating mode, installation environment, commissioning date, and any compliance references already required by the owner or authority having jurisdiction. For residential programs, note backup loads, inverter model, battery wall space, and installer network. For C&I projects, include monthly demand patterns, tariff structure, site temperature range, and whether the system will support solar self-consumption, peak shaving, or resilience. For utility BESS, include interconnection stage, PCS assumptions, EMS requirements, fire safety expectations, and spare strategy.
